FEES

Lots of info needed here.  How much, what kind of payments do you accept (checks? credit card? bank transfer? etc.), when are payments due (all up front? monthly? quarterly? half-yearly?), under what circumstances and for how long into the program can someone get a refund, etc.  If scholarships are to be awarded, what circumstances make someone eligible?  What documentation is required?  How much would the scholarship be worth?  Etc.

How much does it cost to submit an application?  Are there any costs associated with auditioning?
